Found this by chance. This place has an English menu. Place is small but cozy. I was with my sis who wasn't really hungry so I just wanted to get a big soba and she can aip some. She just wanted some gyozas. However they insisted everyone needs to buy a main course( the only downside if the restaurant). She got the ramen. They were good but I had to eat half of it. They also had some interesting tomato gyozas which were actually really good! I recommend it!
